We are serving the juiciest, fall-off-the-bone, smoked meats north of the Mason-Dixon line that you have ever had! Honest...
Chef and owner Lily Beard Soderstrom is from the Gulf Coast area of Texas and Louisiana, and does she know how to serve it up!!
Come visit us in historic Waterville, Washington high atop the plateau 30 minutes up scenic Pine Canyon (Hwy 2), northeast of Wenatchee wine and apple country. You couldn't ask for a prettier destination after a beautiful drive east alongside the Columbia River!
All suppers are served in a unique "road house" style with a changing nightly menu. Chef Lily will warm your heart and tummy with her soulful offerings while you enjoy the wondrous collection of original oil paintings by Don Nutt (which are for sale of course.)
